Edited (Remove Some Invalid Information) : If you are using the cafe certificate which is issued to "702686" and find difficulty to join a VAC2 server, you should noticed that you cannot join VAC2 server anymore as a result of VAC2 banning. Such a problem is caused by some people that used this certificate to start VAC2 detected cheats in some servers, causing the certificate is being banned by VAC2 in many games.

Bah, just checked and I'm VAc banned..
I can still join legit non vac servers?

VAC status on cafes is now determined by the certificate you have installed on your machine. So, if someone cheated on the certificate , then someone needs to be slapped. Because it is now only good for downloading the games, not playing online.

Run (winkey+r): certmgr.msc
Open the personal store.
Delete all certificates that say "Valve Cyber Cafe Program" for great justice.

If I keep the certificate on my computer and then login to my legal steam acc, is there any chance steam will find it?

The process Valve says to get the cafe unVAC banned is, email Valve support and tell them what cheat program was used, what you did to clean it out and your licence info. Too many VAC bans and you get a static login (ick). Way to go n00bs. Got it banned for everyone. Downloading still works though. Thanks for giving us something that let us play games for a short while Fenny.
