How can I find it for the other SIDs? I can only test the two SIMs i have. Do you have AIM or something maybe we can work through this?
I guess what I'm trying to ask is....does this Simpack command:
SimPack x Z:\Game.sim Z:\targetdirectory -g16451 -kF183E845B8A0A340CBD6F7922427D7C1

give you a different ZIP header error hexcode than....let's say this one?:
SimPack x Z:\Game.sim Z:\targetdirectory -g16454 -kE34CE97D2DC32B73AF5536FD3F07EDF0
Try this out with the non-hexedited EXE and let me know if they're different hex values or not.

No, don't have AIM and don't really feel like making an account right now.

The first one has the error, the second one extracts but it extracts wrong and keeps giving errors about filenames. (I can keep clicking OK)

MSN, Yahoo, Skype?

(Same results with hex and nonhexedited exe's)

edit:

Renamed all the files to the correct format, no more errors for unpacking 16454 but 16451 still has problems and also has an issue with the file names.

Also can extract 16452 (which has the game dll's and exe) but it usually puts it all into one file and it's garbled.

Try this guy out. This is all I can help with since I don't have the SIDs and don't plan on downloading them:

-- Edit --

Wait, no. Working for 16451. Sorry I'm retarded. The other ones have the same garbled problem.

I installed the VC++ runtimes that came with FEAR2, then it wanted to install inside of Steam.

Then, I tried using that Loader and after setting the correct settings in steam_appid.txt it's giving me this error:

Application load error 3:0000065438

:\

Erp, I had pacsteam running. Without pacsteam running it gives me P:0000065434

Make sure you point to the original steamclient.dll from Steam in rev.ini (don't forget to uncomment it too).

There is no steamclient.dll in the FEAR2 install. Only steam_api.dll Everything else seems to be Monolithic-specific. I tried changing that variable in rev.ini to the steam_api.dll and it tries to open steam and install the game (to failure, of course)

I meant the steamclient.dll from Steam itself! Do you have a Steam client installed besides that crap called PacSteam? If not, I'll attach it here.

Edit: Attached. Now, rename that file to steamclient2.dll and put it in your game folder. Now open up rev.ini and point it to the file.

Then I'm not sure. Are you sure you uncommented the line that says 'SteamClientDll' in rev.ini? (removed the '#') Did you make sure you don't have anything Steam-related running in the background? Did you write the correct AppId in 'steam_appid.txt'? Did you make sure you click 'Loader.exe' and NOT the original executable?
