What is it? This plugin for revEmu fixes Internet, Favorites, History, Spectate and LAN tabs of server browser. Original steamclient.dll is not needed anymore.
Features: - Working intenet and spectate tabs, plugin receives serverlist from master servers defined in rev_MasterServers.vdf - Favorites tab behaviour as in good old p47 clients - Based on latest revEmu (9.80RC2)
For GoldSrc: Download and unpack archive to client root directory (where hl.exe is) For Source: Copy rev.ini to client root directory (where hl2.exe is); copy all dlls to bin directory
Changelog: 0.4:
- Latency displays correctly now - Added support for game tags (for Source games) - Changed config names to rev_MasterServers.vdf and rev_ServerBrowser.vdf to avoid collisions with original steamclient.dll - Configs will be created if they don't exist. - Tested with TF2 standalone (viewtopic.php?f=32&t=51808); It seems that serverbrowser still a bit bugged (can't add/remove server from favorites) if "Show Map List" option used. With classic mode all works fine. - Few minor bugs fixed.
0.3:
- Fixed Spectate and History tabs - Added support for old servers response (0x6D) - Should work with Source games (pls test it) - A lot of small bugs fixed
0.2:
- Fixed startup freeze - Redistributable package does not needed anymore.
Known bugs: - Works only with revEmu 9.80RC2

it works like a hell yeaah !!!
but, can you add support for querying server that use old version of dproto ? ( dproto <= 2.7.0 cause >= 2.7.0 already has a feature for hybrid query )
when i add server address to favourites, server that use old version of dproto only showing ip's without gamename-total players-map-lateny <<< they all blank.
its a very good job.
at first dproto, now this plugin... man you like man of the match hauhahahaha

Crock Could you take a look at the LAN tab. Here's my problem: And believe me it must show up. 1.I have a real IP,and I use a cable NOT a router, modem or any other hardware... 2.It's launched from the same release and installation. 3.The servers I host for Source games always show up in the LAN tab.

If you're using same machine to run HLDS and client, server will never be visible in LAN list due to bug in swds.dll. I have nothing to do with it.
