= FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO CANT ADD FRIENDS=-
Ok I've got it!
This will activate your friends list... and give you a free retail game!

1. Get a running proxy server (Poland) http://www.xroxy.com/proxy-country-PL.htm
2. Go to this page http://forum.cdaction.pl/index.php?act=Reg&CODE=00
3. Register with a legit email address
4.Log in
5. Go to this page
http://www.cdaction.pl/seriale/speedball_2
6. You will get a message like this.
"Numer do gry Speed Ball 2 City został wysłany na adres ****@gmail.com."
7. Check your email and use serial provided.

Voila!

This is the same as Zero Gear Beta (which is not available anymore) I bet it says Retail on the steam store tranzactions.Thanks for that one...

edit: over a gig a game like this? if i delete it, can i still add friends? i mean, that way i've activated the key anyway.. or should i leave it paused..?
