goto private match and tell your friend your ip. he types in console connect yourip and voila
when i type connect in the console i get:

Ok guys to everyone, I will include how to deal with the console and what is the console in this reply right here, so follow me.
+ I WILL ALSO INCLUDE MOST OF THE USEFUL COMMANDS WHEN YOU ARE A MOD OF THE ROOM, AND WILL SHOW HOW TO BE THE HOST in less than 2 minutes
1. this is the console, and how it should look like
2. this console will automaticly open up when you open the game, to minimize the game while u are playing, press Ctrl+Alt+Drl If you are using win vista or 7, a screen should pop up, select the task manager option, now with hast, and rapidly, try pressing Start on the keyboard, dont do it so fast, just like every sec or so.
Now the game should be minimzed.
3. exit the end task, and now u should see the console in front of you, now you can add all the commands you want to add in the small box that is under the lines that are written, but wait, how do I become host??
will let me tell you how
with a small command line, you can be a host in public rooms and host your own game.
continuing from step 3, AND WHILE U ARE SEARCHING FOR A ROOM IN THE MATCH MAKING SCREEN YOU DO THIS STEP
NOTE: DO IT FAST SOMETIMES U COULD FIND A ROOM AND JOIN >.<
write this command line in the command line
party_hostmigration 0; party_connecttimeout 1; badhost_endgameifisuck 0
and you should see that you are kinda like a host, wait for people to join and enjoy
there is also another program that force the MW2 server to make you host, but it also includes some hacks, therefore wont include it here, unless things get really bad will think about posting it.
4. now after you became host, you can activate your own commands lines in your own room
and here are a long list of command lines
