Hi, i just want to ask if some one can take out the patch 2.2 for dow2 chaos rising from steam.

yes hopefully it hits the web soon since the new patch fixes so many things especially the memory leak

There is a fixed exe on the site gamefix for 2.2 but i don't found the patch

Not sure how legit that crack is, but I can't exactly test it out until somebody provides the patch. =\

Is there something different introduced this time that makes a transferable copy impossible? The other updates were just drag and drop.

The latest Dawn of War II updates added Chaos Rising to the game. All you need is an NCF, latest version of Dawn of War II and whatever the common files were for Chaos Rising (not much) and you got Chaos Rising.

I have Chaos Rising installed already. The version shipped with Chaos Rising is 2.1. The latest patch for Dawn of War 2 and Chaos Rising is 2.2. It's a roughly 100 meg download from steam to update and, reportedly, contains quite a few bugfixes.

If you have NCFs use CF Toolbox and see if your files are valid and up to date. If you don't have NCFs, let me know via PM and I will get those NCFs sent to you.

NCFs are what Steam uses for this game. I recommend them since CF Toolbox can handle them and someone can make an update/fix for your game files easily.

Hegyak, what are included with these DoWII Fixes ? My DoW2 is still on version 1.9.0 but want to update it to the latest version. Apparently, there was a 2GB patch that added the Chaos Rising content, was a common files update of v12 to v71, but that linked got deleted when they cleaned up the Steam Content Sharing area.

Any suggestions on how to get the files I need ? Should I also follow the CF Toolbox and NCF route ?
