Just take it from the "Englisch" folder and be sure you delete the one inside "sds_cz", otherwise it will not work. Make a backup first (rename it or zip in place).

there is a 3rd party tool for activating Dev Console in Mafia II, it's called: LUA console or also known as: Mafia 2 DevConsole

In the past few days a lot of members have requested that we add SKIDROW exe support to our DevConsole. Here it is!

This version is just what you'd expect just with SKIDROW support, which for some reason wasn't compatible with the SKIDROW release. This has now been fixed (took me 3 hours, heh.). If there are any bugs please let me know in the comments below, of course feature requests are also welcome.

Update: V0.8 has been released to address as possible issue with DevConsole crashing on SKIDROW when pressing F12. In addition there is one new debug feature added, FrameLog. If you have issues turn this on and paste the logs, VIA PASTEBIN.

Update 2: V0.9 has been released to fix all crashes that are occuring when you start m2dev.exe. If you start m2dev and Mafia 2 gets launched without DevConsole it means it has not been injected possibly because it's being blocked by your virus scanners.

Update 3: V1.0 has been released to address issues with the exe name and cg_ammo in SKIDROW release.

Oh man... I found the same INFO.TXT file you're talking about for the CZ Version of Mafia II and found out that it has the english section as well not just the SK lang :evil: so what was your point?

@ Byk@: LOL I can't even run it to try it out.... when ever I run it the game just don't run.. I see the game in the task manager (mafia2.exe) but it's not runing!

I'm using win7x64bit!

Have a problem tish skidrow crack fix, at the start of every chapter i get a waypoint on the map saying crash on the couch at joes to sleep and obviously i cant because its the start of the mission, can anyone help?

I have a legal version of Mafia 2 however I want to crack it to be able to play without steam and with the dlc's. I have copied the mafia ii folder from steam/steamapps/common to somewhere else and applied the skidrow crackfix (contains Steamclient.dll, steam_appid.txt and Mafia2.exe) to that. However when I start the game (using Mafia2.exe) Steam still starts automatically. Probably I'm missing some files from the initial skidrow release. However I don't feel like downloading the whole game, while I already have it installed just for those files. Does anyone have an idea, what I still need to do?

For everyone who would like to run the game without use of Steam

(game Mafia II can't be in Program Files or where Steam is installed, because if you put it here Steam wouldn't be able to start and say something about bad instalation-> for people who don't have to have Steam started all time don't care about the sentence before)

I'm seeing people coming up with some weird tricks on how to run the game here.

I use my upload of files that is posted in the SCS + the SKIDROW crackfix and it works without any problems.

Does anybody know how to get all DLC cars to show in the garage with the SkidRow crackfix? Two of the hotrods dont show for me.

Unleashed used Skidrows Crackfix for their rip. Game itself is one big dissappointment.
