Ok people I got RUSE working again for online MP.  All you need to do is the following: Change the steam_appid.txt file's value to 33310 (id for RUSE's demo) save the file and relaunch the game. I pickup games in the UK-London region and I'm able to invite people and to join games via invite. I'm still using SmartSteam and it works 100%. Just take note, if you change the steam_appid.txt value, you'll need to log back in again to your Ubisoft account. You'll lose your save games and stats etc, but I just tested, if I change it back again to 18800 (Zero Gear Demo) then I had my stats back. I didn't have any save games, but your saves should also be reverted.  Going to post it now also on the rusemplan steam community page. Lets get the ball rolling again with MP

@stone you can load your old save game with copy folder local from Steam\userdata\68516112\18800 to steam\userdata\68516112\33310 that work for me and my old save game is back

Me and my friend has experienced a "*playername* surrender !" after like 5mn.
Anyone know how to fix that ?

HELL YEA IT WORKS!
I decided to join this website since I found out how make ruse multiplayer work!
Took me a while to figure it out but got my first multiplayer battle on and I and lost my team mate got own in the first 5 mins and I made one of the enemy surrender within like the first 10 mins but the last guy on the enemy team got me It was so freaky cool because It wasn't a AI I was level 67 undefeated 27-0 before I reinstalled the game now im level 1 with 0-1 record but I think I will be at least about 10-1 by the end of tonight lol! Thanks for the help in getting this working I fuggin Love ruse I will buy it when it's on sale for $30.

Can anyone send me files to erase RUSE reloaded crack?
cause my ruse install with crack automatically and it can't be disabled
files I need are:
Ruse.exe
steam_api.dll
please put a link for me(link to hotfile or rapidshare please cause I can't use other sites)

Hi all. I know this topic is dead. (or maybe not)
I have a question about R.U.S.E.
Me and my friends will like to play this game if possible via multiplayer. I know it is possible because i downloaded the game and mp-fix. And everything works fine.
* I can't find any updates of this game and DLCs. Or if i find its on torrent who is long ago dead, or some random links.
Now the question. Can anyone provide updates and DLCs (if it is possible)? And does the new updates/DLCs will work with multiplayer fix who is good for base version of the game? If not can someone make new one.
I really appreciate all helps and hard works what this community give to all of us.
And thx for any help.
PS: Sorry for my bad English.
