I found out what the problem was, it appear to be related to that Key that I use which was sent to me from that polish guy when I sent him my cd-action account info which he used to forwarded a key to my e-mail inbox, being I could not find a working polish proxy at the time.

It appeared to be a problem with that key, because I created a new cd-action account, acquired a new Kane & Lynch key an used it too play Street Fighter 4 an it's been working ever since, no problems what so ever.

Now what I need to know is being the Kane & Lynch key activates a multitude of "GFWL" games, could i use my current Kane & Lynch key which I am using for Street Fight 4 to activate Resident Evil 5 or would I have to acquire another Kane & Lynch "GFWL" key from cd-action??

Also would I have to make a separate X-BOX Live account?

saberwolf, you can use that same GFWL up to 10 times, so yes, you can use it for Resident Evil 5 as well, without requiring a new key for it. You can use the same account as well, it won't matter

You can even use one key to activate games on multiple accounts.Me and my brother use one key for two accounts every with 6-7 game activated in it,and play together with no problem .Only restriction is games that can be activated with one key-10 or 15,dont know for sure.

all keys are legal - I am from poland
cdaction is magazine who like a bonus give not bad games on DVD
they cant write keys on Magazin becouse they cant make all of them another key - so they make that online - keys online is as much as newspaper circulation

Also, I recently learned that previously they had offered another Steam game - Speedball 2. No more keys for it, though.
