The first post is outdated anyway. I think that method no longer works. The only way I know to still play with bots is using the Skidrow release and BoLoader.

In game when I press INSERT (using BOLoader 0.8 ) I choose the mod from ethanol and after it's marked correctly I press insert again. When I hit ALT + F10 nothing happens except if I scroll on the main menu it chooses the option I've scrolled on.
I do get some errors in console about not loading some stuff on BOCMC. I'm a bit lost here :\

You only have to Press F10.....
I tried that the first time I started BOLoader. The game won't start and I've tried also running it as Admin.
I'm using WIN 7 x64 All drivers are updated and running flawlessly

You probably haven't selected your console key in BoLoader.
edit: Straight from the BoLoader FAQ
