CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

Skidrow just released this small but promising game, Magicka. It's a Diablo-Style RPG with a twist on how powers work (by the description, spells seem to work somewhat like in "Two Worlds 2", you know, fully custom).

After I finish downloading it I'll try the known methods (zero gear and the like) but in case it doesn't work (it probably won't) then it'd be cool to have a working online crack.

Well, i was looking for the Theta release, didn't find it, so I went for ali4s, since i Believed it was Theta's repacked. Turns out it was skidrow's repacked, and in german. Fuck Ali4s.

On a related note, the update 1 is out, from skidrow, and it "un-nukes" the original skidrow release, and also aplies the update, wich at 500 MB must be important (as with all paradox 0-day patches) so I'm going to download that.

And yes, Online crashes/freezes, like some other steamworks games (like empire total war). Unitl there's an online crack, it's a no go.

Nuked basically means the release is no longer considered to be working or usable for one of more reasons. For example, a crack that doesn't fully work.

I wonder what type of LAN this game will have, because me and my friends always have no internet while we are lanning.

Shouldn't be too difficult to get it working. I'll have a crack at it once I get home later today.

then why i can't connect? Connecting... and nothing happens | you cant host with cracked game yet either..

Zero Gear method doesn't work for me too

Managed to get it working online, I downloaded the steam demo and the alias release then copied the 'content' folder from the alias release to the demo folder overwriting anything that popped up. I then made a copy of the original demo .exe and copied the cracked one from the alias release to the demo folder overwriting the original, then with a combination of running the cracked.exe and the copied original demo .exe it started up and I continued to host a game and invite my friend using steam

This method worked fine until we got stuck in the tutorial where you cant cross the water without dying but all you have to do is install the Skidrow update 1 to the demo folder and everything works great after that.

Edit: forgot to say you need to have tunngle running and be in the same network lobby as the steam friend which you want to join.
