Changes for me?
- M1 guards use spawn point #3 more often
- M2 ambush points spawn more guards (the ones where they "randomly" come out of nowhere)
- M4 has a roof guard that I _never_ saw before. And actually foiled my plans from previous plays.
- M7 seems to have more roof guards too. Foiled again.
- M7 had a non-scripted gunman somewhere that snowballed into a 20+ guard getaway chase. That's new for me.
- M8 ambush guards seem to spawn correctly.

No weird voodoo.





I noticed this change in the mission where you have to kill 6 guards, the rooftop objectives are now skinny/agile guards (they were normal, different before).

I tried the missions for quite some time and they never crashed, Copernicus is always sitting down, spawn points work correctly, all seems fine now. :THUMBS UP:

About the map legend, are you sure that is available in the official ps3 version?

Unlocking the capes is possible via editing mission data. There's a special scripting code:
<B9 11 AA D9> = MissionActionItemSettingsLock


The game does not perma-save them into your file though - it has extra checks + balances in how it normally gifts items. When the hack disappears, it takes away your items. Only way to get them legit is to do it legit (or do some really snazzy complex save file hacking).

Unsure if the super secret weapons are giftable this way too.


This scripting code is likely universal from AC2 onwards. It likely could be used for AC Unity. But someone would have to break its 64-bit layers + new? compression technique to get at the DataPC.forge mission scripts.

u can disable debug by editing ini file or something like that. u can check.

i dont see anyhting in the unlocker.ini or scripts folder to disable debug.txt

Give me a few hours and I'll upload a save game. I've heard somewhere that the scimitar might be the only hidden weapon that can be sheathed, but I know for a fact that other weapons can be unlocked. I don't remember how since I haven't tried it for a long time, but I'll try and find out.

EDIT: Here's the save with the scimitar (Skidrow), just check the cabinet. I'll try and unlock some of the others.

I just unlocked all weapons in the hidden rack, however they don't appear in inventory (it says empty) or in the remaining rack slots (empty again) but they are very usable. I guess there are missing icons etc. which could be imported from ACII maybe?
The scimitar is the only weapon that works perfectly.

It's a very weird unlocking process, on consoles it's kind of like the konami code, but with mouse and keyboard it's a bit easier:
- First step is to unlock the hidden rack and the scimitar like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-qBbc3OZ7I or just use my save
- Now go to the hidden rack and open it
- Press enter on the scimitar but DON'T CONFIRM it just yet
- Now use the mouse and click on any of the empty slots (each slot is for a different weapon) and press enter
- Repeat this for all slots if you want a particular weapon (when you unlock each weapon for the first time the "weapon unlocked in hideout" message appears)
Channeled Cinquedea is slot 1, Scimitar slot 2, Maul slot 3, Florentine Falchion slot 4 and Flanged Mace slot 5.
It seems that the weapons sometimes automatically switch to something else after a loading screen.

For anyone interested, to unequip weapons (including crossbow) you need to get yourself killed with that particular weapon unsheathed and immediately after you die pause the game and equip a different robe/armour from inventory.

By the way @aclair did you manage to find a way of deactivating those "area not available/desynchronization imminent" barriers?

Here's the new save and you'll notice I already have the Maul and Channeled Cinquedea equipped:
