So I created simple launcher (batch script) with workarounds for the remaining "crackbugs"
(process runs after gamequit and ingame settings doesn't save)
Use the launcher by running file StartShogun2.exe
There are 3 options:

0 - copies preset gamesettings file (on ingame Medium settings) file to location which game reads
1 - opens game-settings file in proper location for editing (you can set what you want and game will read that) - its for setting game setting which doesnt work properly ingame - its even nicely decribed what which line does
2 - run the game , after game quit - cmd window will wait for keypress to kill the process of the game

1) install the game (desktop icon points directly to WorkaroundLauncher"StartShogun2.exe")
2) Apply Crack
3) Run the game - select option 2 (game needs to be runed at least once to create blank gamesettings file) and LAunch in ModManager
4) Quit the game and inside Launcher window - click any key
for game setting change there are 2 options inside launcher (ingame ones doesn't save between game sessions):

BTW: the ettings file is preferences.script.txt in "%appdata%\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\scripts"

God,first i downloaded fairlights release and grabbed patches and dlcs from different sources on net,then skidrows release and continuing searching patches and dlcs,after that mrking1968s release and finally you put the end to my misery.

New crack, updated LumaEmu and LumaCEG to the latest versions, the gong problem is fixed but the exe is still running when you exit the game.
