Maybe the newer portal2.exe, by SKIDROW, don't allow to launch with parameters.
Actually I don't have any realse of Portal 2 on my PC installed, except the legit one.
So I can't currently test my launcher with the new SKIDROW executeable.

Is there a specific port you need to connect to when trying to connect to your friend? We've been trying to connect for days and have the same version of Portal 2 |

Yep i have the SKIDROW release with the updates and everything and the crack was working, it might not be the launcher it could have just been the computer with vista, though i do think its worth checking out if you get the chance to test with vista and we played multiplayer with it just fine, we just had to use the command prompt to start the coop, i ended up getting windows 7 and it launches the game now yet i get sent to the main menu now, but it does launch the game just fine. |

I can confirm that the launcher doesn't work with any version above v5 (SKIDROW). Tested v1 (scene release), v5, v13, v16 and v19. Regards, Godmode |

dekart811 You put a space between '+' and 'map' on the command line, remove that and it all works. |

Fixed the broken link, the download should work now again. Maybe I'll make a new version of this tool, that will make handling custom maps easier. |

Thanks for this! That's the program which inspired my to create my own coop launcher. So big thanks from me EDIT: Oh and for the post above, there is no way to connect to random player in cracked version at least as far as I know... |
