First of all sorry for my English
[I tested that with Skidrow release] At the end of this "how to" you'll have unlock all the cars, liveries, tracks.... ecc ecc. DLC#1 cars: - Colin McRae R4 - 1995 Subaru Impreza WRX STI - Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 - Peugeot 405 T16 Pikes Peak - Hummer H3 - Let's start !
2) UnRAR "434d0fa0" folder in C:\Users\ YOUR NAME \AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\DLC - "AppData" is a hidden folder. Make sure that you can view it. - if "DLC" folder does not exist, create it (: - AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\DLC\434d0fa0\00000002\bdf523e184adfc610a0e211096a369fab6d97fd4\ bla bla.. All right ?
3) Replace "database_restrictions.xml" in GAME FOLDER\database - usually the folder is C:\Program Files\Codemasters\DiRT 3\database
4) Open the game and when it ask if you want to verify DLC [or something like that] choose "yes" - in "My Dirt", "Garage" you can see the cars:

UPDATE: I know where is the problem. If you want DLC from Marketplace in cracked game, you'll need at least one legit Games for Windows game.
1. Open Games for Windows Marketplace 2. Login 3. On the left side select Full Games 4. Find Tinker and download it (Free ) 5. Run Tinker and log in to the Games for Windows. Live CD key is listed in your downloads
6. After successful login you can exit Tinker and start DiRT3 7. In main menu select My DiRT - Extras - Add-ons. Check, if it says DLC Free car pack - Owned
Unfortunately, you will NOT able to play with your old save because of your new profile. But now, you will be able to earn achievments When you start DiRT3, just ignore Live CD key as always.
Update 2 - solution by HATE9X

MMhhh... the DLC is in the right folder but i don't know if this work with offline game

Anybody willing to test this installer I made? It works for me, but I just want to be sure. I just used the files provided by the OP. You need a valid installation of Dirt 3 for it to work, it reads the registry for the install path, and the DLC folder is extracted into "username"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive" automatically. Please report if it works!
