Well this was tested and it did work when it was tested - what kind of session was you trying to host? Is it a competitive multiplayer or a coop session? Any additional parameters? Gimme a shout via PM if you're willing to test it out again.

Also, if the "Connection Has Lost" error occurs once, try playing the same game session again using exactly the same session parameters.

with this game its important to use the same download region!

so... that what i do:

1) Install steam and green luma.
2) make a folder in \steamapps\common\f.e.a.r. 3 and install here a game.
3) unpack fix here.
4) Start steam (login), then start game.

create COOP, then friend join me from friendllist,
so.. all good, but when we try to start session appear video and then the error "connection lost"

sorry 4 my english ^^

This game was tested without me using Greenluma so it may not be a mandatory requirement for some. :)

What update is this? And why does it have skidrow.ini in it? In the README it says multiplayer fix?

It's from here:

Only thing that has been changed is that the SKIDROW crack files are in there (it works fine as I have had a few sessions tested out with a few of my Steam friends) and the AppID as I couldn't get the original fix set's AppID to work for coop/multiplayer.

If you're still not convinced, perhaps we could test it out.

Well thanks for the new instructions, guess my guide is outdated, havent had the game installed on steam for a long time, so I installed just to test it out.
Unfortunately I dont have anyone to test coop with, and i am not sure the 8 people i see on tunngle knows about this fix, since tunngle still link to the "old" fix.
Also i am pretty certain it is not compatible with legit users, as it seems there is still users playing this game.
