There are plenty, just not for free. And i doubt that some1 give you free RUS VPN access. Question is, what do you need it for? Activate a game over Steam? Ask the Shop you bought the key. |

hey,try using a proxy. Here is a good site with a lot of proxies. Find a russian one , activate it in IE , then start steam and try to activate the key. http://www.samair.ru/proxy/type-01.htm |

you could also set up tor and restrict it to russian exit nodes. i do that to watch hulu from germany (obviously with US exit nodes) |

Hulu is too bandwidth-intensive for Tor. You might want to use a SOCKS proxy from the United States, which are fast and readily available, for example here. |

iam not quite sure how hulu spreads its traffic but i watched 4 episodes of simpsons and tor traffic monitor only showed about 27mb transfer. i don´t know why and how but it works for me
