It would be nice to have an official guide on how to run and join cracked RO2 servers I kinda of think its possible from the previous posts in this thread, but the discussion has not gone to a final conclusion yet. Hello guys. I own the legit game and I can setup a dedicated server for the community I just have HLDSupdatetool, and will not install steam on my dedicated server. I don't wanna change the appid either Can't you run it without changing the appid? How can I setup one? |

Download the server files with HLDSupdatetool and if you want to crack the server you can use my patch I posted in this thread. |

Steam006 the dedicated has been updated, the server is started successfully but is not listed in server browser. It worked before the update! --edit-- The server is listen in unranked. Quote: Everyone,
We've just done a backend change that should fix servers showing up in the browser and webadmin as being ranked, when they were not indeed ranked. This was a major source of the issues with people playing and thinking they were ranking up, but not gaining any experience. For those that applied to have your server(s) ranked, if you were accepted you should have received an e-mail letting you know you were accepted. Our system doesn't currently send an e-mail if someone is rejected (although we are only currently rejecting servers that aren't a legitimate clan, gaming community, or GSP). It is taking us a little bit of time to chew through all of these applications, so bear with us. Regards, John |
