they don't take my credit card, and rejected it, I'm from U.S.

plati.ru accepts CC, too. But like gamazavr.ru not from EU or US, only RUS CC?

If only I knew how to pay via CC :] Google wont let me translate HTTPS of course.

Do you maybe have a guide or something because webmoney ain't working for me (cant despoit any cash in).

I buy all my keys from plati.ru.
I used to live in Ukraine, where you have special terminals to fill you purse.

Now I am living in Germany and it is a bit more complicated.

First - always create a webmoney purse with webmoney keeper mini!
Second - There is no (good) exchange of paypal to webmoney. So I buy Ukash, which is available at almost every gas station around here. This site used to be the best for exchanging : http://www.exchange-ukash.com/

It takes up from 20 minutes to ~6 hours for the exchange. They used to take 15 % commission, but now they doubled it to 30%, which really sucks.
So if anybody knows a better site for Ukash2webmoney - feel free to post it.

EDIT: Just found out that you can use e-banking.com for filling up your purse. http://top-up.wmtransfer.com/
However you need a Formal passport (indicate passport number and full name) or higher for that.
