So If I pre-loaded it, do i still need to decrypt using Phoenix to play early?

I get this Error Console
Error during initialization: Couldn't load fileSysCheck.cfg. Make sure Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3 is run from the correct folder.
any ideas

FYI yes it is look at thie last screenshot the M4A1 has a yellowish black leaver on the bolt (or what ever it's called) thin look back at the first screenshot, it's the old M4A1 from mw2 which is not in mw3 so get your facts straight and don't be saying maybe the mw2 M4A1 is in mw3 cause it's not, plus that's the mw2 training mission cause right there is the stairs you go up and end that mission. Do you need me to go into mw2 and take a screenshot just like that? wait i'll go do that anyways!!

Phönix is for RETAIL DVD's that have SID/SIM/SIS files on it and is only for that CFToolbox - than you need decrypted files and the correspondening NCF files
Understand that?
If not - wait for a scene release or investigate the whole forum here (not only this post).
