If you want your map to be added to the RIN.ru CS servers' rotation, you should probably post in the Russian part of the forum, they're the ones in charge.

By all means, it's been a while someone posts a custom map they made. I have basic Hammer knowledge myself, and have made some simple levels, but that was a long time ago I know for sure that it's pretty fun to transform a location from real life or your imagination into a playable map.

While it's proper etiquette to keep your posts in the language of the section, I believe English would be understood and preferred over machine translator Russian (assuming you don't speak it, of course)
