A member of our CS:S clan bought a server, it's working good.
he tried to crack it so the non-steam players can join, but its not working !!!
Can you guys help me knowing that we are not hosting the server?

do you have access to cs:s server files ? and do you have permission to change or replace files ?

Is it a linux one? Can you modify the bin's folder?

its win and yes i can but when i try to upload rev.ini file on the server's bin directory it says, transfer error 550 Not enough privileges
