So theres a rule in steam that you have to have a full game to add friends,i have some,half life,half life 2,half life 2 episode one,css.And i still cant add friends,reinstalled steam,restarted steam,redownloaded the games,and it doesnt work.What do i do?

You need a LEGIT game on your account, not one you downloaded from here.

Any game key will activate the Friends feature.
