Hello everyone, so, I've download GMOD Beta Update 14 gcf, then I start to extract it with GCF Explorer, and this message popsup:
SET ENCRYPTION KEY
Please Enter 128bit (32 chars) Encryption key for current Gcf File.
What does this mean? Can anyone explain? When I press cancel the extraction moves like by 0,11% percent, sometimes 0,20% or less and then it pops up again.
What to do?

I... Can't connect to it and I don't use cracked steam. -- Edit -- Sorry for double post, I wrote C(23 zeros here) and it worked. I still don't understand this.
