come we all know ps4 and xbox will have out dated gfx but you know 90% of people own them and devs will make it and will just port games.

Is there a way to unlock the preload files? My internet connection is really slow and I don't want to download the whole game again D:

Put these preload ncf files into steamapps folder: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?lg0cozh0apt87rd
copy the preload files to Steam\steamapps\common\prototype 2\
download Greenluma and unpack it to steam folder, then run greenluma.exe and launch the game from library, it should unlock the files.

Thank you very much, I didn't knew the ncf files where needed for the game to appear as Installed, It is now unlocking it :D .

You get the dlc with flt crack but it gets unlocked later, keep playing.

But when in the RADNET menu, it says "To activate RADNET, you may purchase access from the Steam Store..."
