Try this one. See if work. Change DLC Numbers in "Steam_api.ini"
DLC001=232590 DLC002=232530 DLC003=232550 DLC004=232570
This from XPS2.

does anyone know if a RELOADED save can be converted to work with Steam/GreenLuma and the other way around?

uhm, so the save is unlocking the DLCs or what? Except that theres no difference to the existing one.
ini both have same dlc ids. Is the save also 100% playthrough!?

@ShadowDuke it wont work that way it says the save is damaged if you use reloaded save on steam coop fix
