Some people said that the DLC check has something to do with "item.dat" file in "C: \ Users \ your profile \ Documents \ my games \ company of heroes 2 " in the legit version . It has some DLC activation and encryption that links it to the account . That`s what I found so far from searching . |

That`s what I found so far from searching . yes i believe that is correct, but unless the game actually connects to Relic server's, that file is not used or even created(the yarrrr version only runs in offline mode) also the game was updated again, current version is 3.0.0.14937. |
