Another strange thing I notice, looks like the black crate containing bomb parts at The Bomb heists appears to be untextured, nor does have opening animation if I recall.

Perhaps there are some missing files in the update?

All works just fine, except for that forest mission which will burn my pc xD
Sounds, voices, crates, boxes and whatever other you have problem with.^^
Just turn off antivirus, install up52, check files with sfv file, up52.1 check files witch sfv.

EDIT:
I also added zapple101rv's steam_api.ini
Maybe important part is i didn't try to run on up52 only idk.
Never the less all works for me.

^Yeah, thats maybe right, today when I reinstalled the game, I turned off antivirus, unlike last time.
I know Dragan is not "talkative", the problem I had is that I couldn't hear any voice lines of his. Now I got it fix, I can hear his quotes and other audio from Contract Database (Butcher and Dragan) and Planning in The Bomb.

Yeah well those AV assholes are always a problem. xD
For some it's not even enough to turn off protection, they just love you so much they will still block EWERYTHING, yes Comodo that's why i dumped you xD

About the update 52 problem (aside anti-virus), my speculation is perhaps because I forgot to uninstall the lower shadowmap mod before updating to 52 thus the said files weren't patched while installing the latest update due to mismatched CRC. Tl;dr consider uninstall all mods that make changes to asset file first before updating.

Online Client is incompatible with HoxHud or PocoHud... AGAIN xD
What happens is that Client deletes "IPHLPAPI.dll" on start.
Temporal solution...
EDIT:
This time it not only deletes the file on start of the client but also on start of the game.

I put the IPHLPAPI.dll in SmartSteamEmu -> Plugins folder. It works fine.

Well last time (last update) that idea was crashing my game, but what the hell, let's try.

EDIT:
Well yes it works on Online mode but now Offline/Lan doesn't work at all. ^^

Weird, huh. It works fine in offline mode for me, I only use Pocohud.
For a friend of mine, he said doing that wont let his game run. Well, better get the Online Client check then.

Full release with updates until 1.24.1 (Update #52.1)
