HoxHud will crash when IPHLPAPI.dll is placed to SmartSteamEmu\Plugins. It is not the place where it's supposed to be.
Online Client has support for mods, but if you have problems you can try renaming IPHLPAPI.dll to PD2HLPAPI.dll. If it still crashes it means the mod doesn't work with the newest update yet and will crash on legit version too.

All updates installed but can't see any multiplayer lobbies in crime, or maybe 1 per hour. Wut ?

HoxHud is up2date for sure there was even a note about it in official pd2 changelog i believe. And about PD2HLPAPI.dll i think that last version of Hox had that file also, the new one does not. So i'll try later, and let you know. I hope Poco will like this file too.  But problem remains, IPHLPAPI.dll was not deleted after your last update with support for mods. And now it's all over again (and even worse) and i don't even know how to block this. i followed tunngle guide but i got failed to join error...

My problem is slightly different, i can find the host, but when i try to join it i get "failed joining game" error.. I'm using PAYDAY.2.v.1.24.1.Incl.All.DLC.Online.Ready-DiGiTALZONE Firewalls are already turned off, is there any other patch that i need?

Same here just checked, all doe i noticed also that IPHLPAPI.dll is created again in game folder on launching the online game if i don't try to copy it in to the folder before the launch. So basically it deletes the file on launcher start then creates it on online game start.
