But I'm pretty sure it's Brucie's wrapper you're using, probably modified.

It's like I thought, this "cr@ck" consists of Brucie's steamwrapper + custom steam_appid.txt, it's a steamworks fix, similar to the REVOLT ones. As far as I know does this wrapper not support the API version v2.37.91.26 used by PAYDAY 2, so I would have guessed you wouldn't even be able to start the game using it... I'm surprised the game technically is running well, just without the DLC unlocked... I'll download my legit PAYDAY 2 version on steam this night and test the wrapper on it tomorrow, since I now would like to know if it really works myself...

@IceGamer Ok, Brucie's wrapper actually works with the current PAYDAY 2 version AND it unlocks all DLC properly... Your issue is caused by the steam_api.ini used, which is lacking the appIDs of the latest DLC, thus leaving them locked ingame... Simply use the attached .ini and you should be able to enjoy all additional content... And, as for the future, the DLC appIDs for this game can be found here
