Guys...I have the same problem like a lot of the guys from here, I searched the whole internet and i couldn't find a fix for it...i have the online launcher i click ,,Online,, and then when i click play it says : Iinitiating network connection...180,, i wait 180 seconds and after that ,,connection failed,, Anny sugestions?

i suggest u use the steamworks fix

PAYDAY 2 UPDATE 57 to 58

Make a backup of your PAYDAY 2 folder before patching

Copy PAYDAY 2 UPDATE 57 to 58.exe to PAYDAY 2 folder and run to start patching

After patching, you can manually delete PAYDAY 2 UPDATE 57 to 58.exe from PAYDAY 2 folder

Note: In PAYDAY 2 main menu bottom right corner should show version 1.29.1

Thanks for the update zapple101rv. The Side Jobs feature doesn't work though, probably because our games are pirated and therefore can't connect to the real crime.net.

OMG 60 update for this game

there has been ALOT more than 60.. dont forget about the *.1, *.2 and hotfix updates.. and if i was to guess, there has been ~90 updates to date with no end in sight

Well I guess the end would be in around 2 years, since they posted they'd support the game for that long. So there's going to be a hell of a lot more updates..

hey guys i didnt play since update 35 is there any updates that include all of them or i just have to download 40 new updates!!
if there any update that helps me scape download all of them one by one plz give me the link
and consider my low connection speed thats takes a week to download is it better that i get the GOTY editation ?

There is a "crime.exe" file you need to allow on your firewall. This is the location of this file "C:\ProgramData\PAYDAY 2". This is a hidden path so you need to show hidden files and folders to see it

It works on the Online Launcher, I tested it last night. Just Update the launcher. You have to be online and playing via the launcher. You can be online and do the side job offline or online.

Sweet! But i can't play online. I'm having the same problem as oliver98

I tried with both my Firewall and Anti-virus switched off. I'm just stuck at the "Initiating network connection screen" until the countdown goes from 180 to 0. I'm using Windows 8.

I usually play offline with my friends via Tunngle since I don't like playing with randoms (hackers can ruin your game by delivering a loot bag worth $1000000000 while doing a heist).
