the new uplay saves have different headers(552 bytes now). so after you convert the 3DM save to legit, take the new header and copy it over the old 520 byte header.

Sorry, but how to do that exactly?

first make new legit saves, then convert your 3DM saves to legit.. now open both saves in a hex-editor, and copy the 552 bytes from the new legit save over the first 520 bytes from the converted 3DM saves.. now your converted saves will have the new header and should work on the legit game again.

Just saw this, from what I gather, there's no need to 'encrypt' or 'decrypt' the save files?
Also, this only applies for 2.save file right?

1) convert 3dm saves to legit (via "from 3dm save" plus legit CDKey)
2) copy 552 bytes from legit save to 3dm save first 520 bytes
3) place converted saves into 437 folder

I tried the above but when I open legit AC4, it indicates 'damaged file'

Sorry for spamming this chat for this issue and thanks for all the advise thus far.

i need a savegame convert 3dm to skidrow/reloaded
because in the ini file i have

[Option]
Unlock Resource Pack=true
Unlock Technology Pack=true
Unlock Activities Pack=true
Unlock Collectibles Pack=true
Unlock Code Noir DLC=true
Unlock Aveline DLC=true
Unlock Other DLC=true
Unlock DLC Menu=true
Unlock DLC and Map=true

but dont see the islands in maps,and download nother but with reloaded crack...

I don't know the solution to your problem but I do know that you're using an old crack or at least an old .ini file.

3DM's latest crack for AC4BF (v13) creates this "saves.ini" config file with this content:

The rest of the DLCs are unlocked by default.

Game runs through the intro movie, but the mouse stays stuck to the top left of the screen at the "Press Any Key" screen.
Someone have info how solve this problem ?

Hi guys. I tried to convert my save but it freezes when loading... can someone help me to convert? I upload clean save uplay and 3dm save converted with my key.
