The correct answer is... GOG have not released a patch to update Shadowrun Dragonfall DC to 2.0.7, they have released a new installer (size 1.6GB, GOG numbering 2.0.4.6)

They have released 2.0.7 (according to the gog forum link above) but not as a patch but a new installer. Some people are saying that when installed it shows up as 2.0.4 but that's just because the installer is labelled as such. It still updates to 2.0.7. I'm wondering if anyone's uploaded the new installer yet? And if anyone knows a link to it?
