Yes, you can use the 3DM and the FTS updates on the RLD base game version, you only have to apply them successively in the correct order... And I don't think that you'll find these updates as torrents on the web, but searching doesn't cost anything... If you want to download something from pan.baidu, use their custom downloader or IDM, both are pretty fast...
