Someone can tell me when the DLC weapons are available, please, because I have the improvements of RIG, but nothing else, thank you in advance for your answers.

I have it in 3DMGAME.ini is really strange.
I downloaded a portable version of the game this is may be the reason, I do not know what to think.

They are all 512 Mb but not exactly the same size.
The DLC also includes shadercache files for both Shadermodel 3 and 5(DX11?) main CookedPCConsole folder has only RefShaderCache-PC-D3D-SM3.upk.

Here is the latest Skidrow Steamemu with added DLC IDs - I've tested it on v1.0 and it should also work with update 1.

Ok, yes it's true, a few bytes, I do not know why I have not access to additional dlc weapons, then.
I'll test your crack, thank you.

Edit: Nothing for me, only again the RIG improvements available.
I think I'll download the Iso version of the game.
