They are just the fastest at releasing.
I think it's coz they come from asian market ,where they get stuff before others or maybe they are just fast crackers.
Bigger population in china likely means more crackers.

i want to have EVERYTHING. this is just update plus 3 DLC.
this repack which have +20GB size seems to be complete
beside main flt release what i need to get EVERYTHING?

better off trying to get Lost.Planet.3.HD.Res.Movies.Pack.V2-ALI213
either by torrent or pan.badiu links.. google for it. Then with FLT release, 3dm update 3 +
HD res Movies Pack V2, it will be complete.
