There's no steam_api.ini in my game folder.
Only steam_api.dll and steam_appid.txt ...

I found what you're talking about in SteamFix, but there are only 17 DLCs.
I added SteamFix content in my game folder and I manually added your line for DLC020, I added also the other two missing lines as DLC019 and DLC018 - but no effect. Same thing, the game starts with everithing active excepting "Songs of Yuletide".

This is the full list, courtesy of RezMar. You might need to delete dlc_signature under Documents\Paradox Interactive\EUIV and then start the game again.

So, where should I copy this list?
Before applying SteamFix I didn't have that steam_api.ini file...
I had a codex.ini with 19DLCs with names too, not only numbers.

Hello, is it possible to download and install mods on a cracked eu4? I have downloaded MEIOU from steam workshop using the script posted earlier in this thread. But when i unpacked and copied those files into 'mod' folder, the mod wasnt detected by the launcher.

Yes ofc you can play mods on ''pirated'' version. And mods need to be putted in \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mods\ just extract it.

Hello, so i tried this with few mods. But it seems if you download them from steam with gaddons script, they dont have the .mod file that needs to be in the eu4\mod\ folder (atleast thats how it was in eu3 as far as i can remember). Is it possible to get that file somehow?

Oh thank god i found solution for missing dlc with steam fix . I simply redownloaded game from other torrent . I'm so sorry that i disturbed you.

There should be a "descriptor.mod" file in the zip file, just create a new folder for the mod and extract the zip into it, then put the .mod file besides the mod folder. In the .mod file change "archive" to "path" and edit accordingly.

So you'll end up with:
EU4/mod/MyModname/[mod content]
EU4/mod/MyModname.mod

Hello everyone, i cant seems to run the game with all dlcs enable, when i use steamfix files i can play online, but dlcs are inactive. Basicaly i have the same problem as the other guys before me... any help?

Same here. I tried deleting the dlc_signature and filling in the steamfix files, but I still don't see the DLC. Multiplayer works though.

Ok guys first i will ask you, and then i will explain.
What version of game you have? If you use 1.6.1, Use CODEX base game (1.6.0) then update it with CODEX 1.6.1 hotfix. Then you will have same checksum.

As always if you just want singleplayer you just crack the game with 3DM crack.
If you want to play online here is the instruction.
1. YOU MUST CRACK THE GAME WITH 3DM CRACK FIRST!!!
WHY!? Because 3DM crack will create dlc_signature file with unlocked all DLCs.
SteamFix don't create dlc_signuture, he just emulate game to work on steam platform.
2. When you crack it first with 3DM crack enter to game (just once). Game will now generete new dlc_signature.
3. Leave the game, when everything is finished.
4. Now crack it with SteamFix and enter the game.
5. Now you will have all DLCs unlocked.
* 3DM crack - some antivirus program recognize this as virus. Trust me its NOT, just let him do the work.
* For SteamFix ofc you need to have fake acc (who will you use just for cracked games over steam). And you need to open Steam in the background.
* In future version of game (for now is ok because there is no other releases for this game), when game gets more updates, sometimes Paradox patch DLCs to.
Mostly people don't know this but they do. If you have updated game and don't have updated DLC for that version, SteamFix will not recognize the DLCs (3DM will but no SteamFix).
Then you need to find updated DLCs or wait to play on that newly updated version. I will always post when i find newly updated DLCs for now you guys are OK.
