Ok here is the new fresh update with new look .
Pls this is my first time making any installation be easy on me... I tested and all works...

UPDATE ONLY
Europa Universalis IV - Update v1.9.2 hotfix - Checksum (e938)
This update will update base game from 1.9.0 or up to 1.9.2 hotfix.

Instructions are in Update "_HOW TO.txt"



Btw here is the .sfv file to check if is your game up to date (use any .sfv program - like QuickSVF), its already included in update.

hello Rezmar.

Firt of all, thank you for everything, your work is much appreciated xD.

But me and a friend of mine have a problem since the 1.9.1 patch.
We both use the same install files, update files and cracks but since 1.9.1 we don't have the same checkum.
with 1.9.1 i had the f555 checksum and he had something else.. we both deleted all eu4 files (map + documents) and installed everything again and we still got different checksums.
So we thought we wait for another update, but now after 1.9.2 we again have different checksums. I have the correct one e938 but my friend has 6232. I tried googling this checksum, but nothing shows up. any idea's?

Edit: btw his checksum in the starter window is correct, but when he starts the game up, he has the other checksum.

Pls took my .sfv file and run it. U need to place that file in the game folder (where is the .exe of the game).

This will check all files and it will write if you miss some or bad files...
That way your friend will see why he have different checksum.

hey

We both used the sfv program to check if anything was missing and we are both missing the same 2 files; dlc030.zip and dlc030.dlc.
So there seems to be no difference between us...

Ahh we fixed it.. It seems like the cleanup program didn't cleanup properly.. so he manually deleted all the filed and then used the patch.

Hey guys , I'm trying to download the EUIV client but my internet speed is SLOW without torrent , is there any other link ,since PirateBay is closed for the moment. I've searched and found only with 24 DLCs .

The eu4 1.8.1 runs fine but whenever I try using the 1.17 mod (from the paradox or from the steamworkshop) the game crashes at loading map(creating border). Does anyone else have this problem?

Okay , sorry for double post , but this thing is driving me nuts. I've managed to get the same version , I've installed every patch , I've verified the files and it said everything was OK , but I always get the checksum 6232 , what am I doing wrong? I already saw someone on this page who had the same problem but solved it , but I don't know how.
P.S: I've installed and reinstalled the game like 4 times , everytime deleting the Paradox Interactive folder from My Documents.
Please tell me what am I doing wrong.
P.S.S: I've installed the cracks too.

Ok first tell me what version did u use...
Here it is how it is needed to be done (btw it is first post):
1. Download Europa Universalis IV - v1.8 + 32 DLCs + The Art of War Ebook (optimal). Now extract the game.
2. Download and update Europa Universalis IV - Update v1.8.1 hotfix
3. Download and update Europa Universalis IV - Update v1.9.0
4. Download and update Europa Universalis IV - Update v1.9.2 hotfix
5. Check all files with provided last .sfv download/file.php?id=20690 (put in the game folder where is the .exe and then run it. you need to have installed QuickSFV app, it is provided in the last update in EXTRA folder).
6. Now just upplay crack to generate dlc_signature and put SteamFix if you want to have multiplayer via Steam

HINT > Removing EU from document will not make any differences with checksum. Game generate checksum from game folder but not on all files like .dll and some other. Cracks don't change checksum too.

A friend had this same problem.. that means the cleanup program isn't deleting everything..
u can try deleting all files manually, that helped for my friend.
u can see all files that u need to delete in the cleanup program.

It will not do cleanup at all if he doesn't have admins right. This is common problem with newer Windows. Only solution is to run us admin or move somewhere else game when will cleanup do the right job.

And can u tell me guys from what version is that cleanup?
