Yup there is a hotfix, just like i said lol, hope it will be uploaded soon and i guess i can start the game since most major issues are fixed now.

Then don't use it.

I like random manpower and tax dosen't rail road game too much and adds randomnes that we need.

have they balanced the trade estuaries/centers cost yet(in custom creator)?

can you get double idea bonuses like manchu's "United Three Jurchens": +10% manpower, -20% Core cost; also manchu has, No cost for reinforcing tradition, does it exist in custom country creator?

No, if it worked with 1.10, it will work afterwards. Just copy the files, that's it.

It seems that the workshop menager is broken now and so as any other way to get steam workshop mods...

Sorry for late update... I was busy today... and other reasons...
Btw if someone wonders why is my updated files are different then mega update posted above. Because Paradox upload two times 1.10.1 hotfix and second time they put newer .exes for the game... My is newer and my remove one file that Paradox removed from today.
If someone want to know what is that file : localisation\terrain_stuff_l_spanish.yml

UPDATE ONLY
Europa Universalis IV - Update v1.10.1 hotfix [RezMar] - Checksum (1ef5)
  • This update requires game v1.10.0 to work properly
  • Read _HOW TO.txt for more information


This update will update the game.

1. Start "EU IV - Update v1.10.1 hotfix.exe"
2. Install update where is your game
3. In the finish install will start CLEANUP.bat
  • This will remove all files that are removed in this version of game
  • This procedure will finish fast
4. There is no need for placing the crack again
5. And that's all!!! Go play game.

Change Log:
Update v1.10.1 HOTFIX - Checksum 1ef5

Hotfix for the 1.10 patch to address some high priority issues, primarily balance problems with Liberty Desire and feedback in regards to exploration. We'll also be looking into ways to improve the exploration interface for the next proper patch.

- Japanese Daimyos no longer start at high liberty desire in 1444.
- After Privilegia is revoked, Imperial vassals will no longer have hundreds of liberty desire from relative power to liege.
- AI now gets the correct amount of attrition.
- Manual exploration is now enabled for everyone.
- Fixed a bug that was causing countries warning you to be called in even when not declaring war on their neighbours.
- Europe will now properly get tradegoods in Custom Setup.
- Fixed some inconsistencies in Aggressive Expansion between tooltip and actual effect.
- Disabled most nation forming decisions for Custom Nations to prevent player-made AI nations from tag switching.
- Consolidate Regiments button will correctly enable to let you maximize the number of full strength regiments (as it was before).


Btw here is the .sfv file to check if is your game up to date (use any .sfv program - like QuickSVF)

I've used http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/ in the past, is that broken too?

Hi.. I have a question..
There is no change in launcher or in-game checksum...
Is that supposed to be or am I doing something wrong?

But same checksum. They don't even tell what they fixed... And I really don't know...
I just know there was two updates today and second one have newer x2 .exe.
