Personally, I have used 3DMGAME update 1 + crack in my GOG version game and it works fine (without losing my saves).

Thanks for the updates you all!

@MerolaC

Steam version is also DRM free. You don't need steam emulator. Put original steam_api.dll and steamappid.txt with the game ID and you are all good.

That update just broke the game, it's the same files as update 1, when I got that "new" update from Steam, I had 2000+ files missing, just had to use again that Verify Integrity of Game Cache and works again
