Looks like something is wrong with the FLT version, except it's using cracked steam_api.dll by default (it's not that).
You indeed can't play LAN/Internet.
I assume the 3DM version works, so can somebody, using 3DM's version, create a SFV of his game?

I also haven't been able to get LAN or private matches to work with 3DM or steamwork fix.

Problems with the invitation to friends and LAN game experience even owners of the license, so expect a patch.
it seems also who owns game have problems
