Because I downloaded it and cross checked the files with build 24 that I have.
Oh and the directory itself is called "build 24"

Well, it is the build 25 as EmVoVa posted a attached a proof to his comment.

I can only recommend you disconnecting from your internet for the duration of the installation because the file will attempt to download something from an external source (it refers to thetafan123's google site and what is probably a malware or just scareware). Make sure you want to clear your AppData Temp directory afterwards and scan your hard drives for remainings of such scumware, but be aware that you you are putting yourself risk.
