Does this game have any DLC's? Or it is just a simple game from PS vita ported to PC?

:-| Why the CPU requirements so high for a dang PS vita game?

The CPU looks higher than it was on AC4...

Can my computer run this? Without bad Studdering/lag/framerate

That's because it no longer uses the same downgraded engine as on Vita, duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh.

It'll use AC3/4's regular engine, hence upped specs.

That aside, I really hope they overhauled the AI along graphics. Remember that this game was made alongside AC3, and the retardedly psychic guards were a plague in that one. Let's hope they nerfed them like they did for AC4.

It has a pre-order pack, new missions, new mechanics and some old vita-specific missions have been completely revamped.

COMPLETELY IMPROVED EXPERIENCE
Taking full advantage of its new hardware, Liberation HD introduces graphical improvements such as high-dynamic-range (HDR) rendering, high definition environments and characters, updated cinematics the sum of which delivers a complete graphic overhaul of the title. The gameplay experience has been revamped too with updated missions that improve the pacing, new missions that dive deeper into Aveline’s story, and updated world design for more gameplay options during mission. Finally, a particular attention was given to the audio with re-mastered music and all-new SFX.

Pre-purchase now and get the “Voodoo Pack”, which includes:
-Pirate Sword
-Voodoo Dagger
-Gun Powder Pouch
-Poison Dart Pouch

4gb ram with x86 Windows?? *facepalm* and your graphics card sure sucks (at all).

Why ?
With PAE enabled an x86 OS can easily access to 4/8/16+ GB of RAM.
Of course x64 apps will not run, and 3 GB limit/proccess will be still there - 90% of current and future games will not utilize more than 3 GB anyway...
But for 4 GB RAM it's still a good sollution, with 6-8 GB and better CPU/VGA I would say go for x64.

Unfortunately, PAE is only a crutch and doesn't really help solve the problem with x86 Windows.
Quote:
Microsoft Windows implements PAE if booted with the appropriate option, but current 32-bit desktop editions enforce the physical address space within 4 GB even in PAE mode. According to Geoff Chappell, Microsoft limits 32-bit versions of Windows to 4 GB as a matter of its licensing policy, and Microsoft Technical Fellow Mark Russinovich says that some drivers were found to be unstable when encountering physical addresses above 4 GB. Unofficial kernel patches for Windows Vista and Windows 7 32-bit are available that break this Microsoft enforced limitation, though the stability is not guaranteed. These tools increase the RAM limit of the 32-bit version of Windows 7 to 64 GB.

So, yeah ... just save yourself the trouble and use a x64 OS.

I had been using Windows XP x86 with 4 GB of RAM, before Windows 7 was released (and Vista was not an option). But you're limited to 3 - 3,5 GB of usable RAM depending on your system configuration. For example graphics memory is a big factor, because it's basically subtracted from your usable adress space (4 GB physical adress space - 0,5 GB graphics memory ~ 3,5 GB usable RAM). Especially today, where your standard GPU has around 1 - 3 GB of memory, x86 is pretty much completely pointless.

That's because it's not enabled by default, only in server OSes, but you can enable it with pae patch: http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/windows-and-office/override-the-4gb-memory-barrier-on-32-bit-windows-81-systems/
With PAE enabled an x86 OS can address up to 64 GB of RAM, but it's really recommended if you have only 4 GB RAM.
