Just a friendly remainder, for some reason I get better performance with the ALI213 steam emu than the 3DM one in this game...

Since version 1.0.5, the shaders has been officially added to the game.
It still does not look like the GameCube/Wii version BUT, it's really near to it and no, this port is billions times better than the 2007 one. I HIGHLY recommend it if you like the game or want to try it at least. ONE of the best versions yet.

For me there's no difference between the emus, I tried both without noticing any performance changes...

I get slowdowns in very specific parts while playing with the 3DM emu, I will list the places:

- The beginning of Pueblo where Leon uses his binoculars for the first time
- Waterfall section where Leon must shoot 3 boxes and operate a lever
- Pueblo at night where Leon and Ashley must use a Piggyback
- Just before using the cable railway
- Immediately after opening the door to the castle maze
- The section where Ashley first uses her lantern
- King's grail room
- Just before fighting U-3/"It" and the cinematic triggers
- Just before fighting Krauser in the little maze ruins

No slowdowns in those section when playing with the reloaded or ali213 emu with the same settings...

Yeah sure. You may or may not solve your problem (depending of the processing power of your current rig) but for me at least it alleviates or eliminates in most of the cases the slowdowns...

Thanks for your contributions. I finally got caught up on the updates now

-- Edit --

Anybody test out this new texture mod patch that just released here. It looks promising.

WTF is this? I'm walking down the underground cavern path that leads to the Church and I get greeted by a "Matrix' merchant. Capcom get your sh*t together.

What the heck?!
Did they really implement that thing in the game? This is no mod?
