TY RezMar I am having fun with a Slavic High Chief and I plan to go for Slavic Republic.

I did what RezMar said, I checked files with .sfv and the result was this:
Everything was ok except 3 files that are bad:

gfx\interface\pdx_dev_logo.dds
gfx\models\Attachments\Attachments_Diffuse.dds
gfx\models\Attachments\Attachments_Spec.dds

Can that be the reason of startup crash?
Please help

Nope, I don't think this is the big problem for u... (some others have this 3 wrong file - because 3DM didn't update them properly for 2.1.x version of game - I even wrote that before few pages before (need to find that), and they did include more junk files too, and i posted what files need to be removed.)

The only problem i can think of is that u don't have installed redist... Did u play this game before this version.
Don't use mods... What system u have and how much ram u have (but I don't think that this is the problem too)

Btw I am uploading the full game with latest update and all DLCs ~800 MB. Soon i will finish uploading. My stupid upload speed ~110kb/s

And important information to mention, game works on my other computer (windows 7 x64 4gb ram) but wont start on my old pc (windows 7 2gb ram) So after all its something wrong with the pc itself....

A question about the gameplay..
i played the game before, i always use mercenaries as soldiers.. is there anyway to create armies like in Rome : Total War ( Just have the money and wait )
or it still different ?

You can have own retinues. But you can have only small number of them.
You are still using raised armies and that's how is needed to be

CK II is totally different beast then Total War.
CK II is more RPG - building the story of countries and dynasties and ofc warfare (especially religion wars).
Total War is just pure warfare with some basic economic.

In another word this two games can't be compered at all. Both are great (in my opinion i prefer Paradox games), bot totally different.

i agree, i played CK 2 a long time ago, then stuck with Rome 2
the idea about occupying the world make the game more difficult.. or impossible to achieve

Ok i checked and tested 3DM release and it is the same as my (all clean). They included eBook if someone want just to grab the book here u go.
Just put folder in the same folder where is the game .exe
