@ DV2FOX: Try to limit GPU´s refresh rate and resolution, throught Riva Tunner or similar tool.

No need for that, somebody on Steam posted the solution... I'll drop it here just in case
(INstead of Steam folder, go to C:\Program Files x86\KILLER IS DEAD\KidGame\Config and do what the following says)
Go to your Steam Folder like ...xxxx\steam\SteamApps\common\KillerIsDead\KidGame\Config
and edit DefaultEngine.ini.
Change
MaxSmoothedFrameRate=xx to your prefered fps rate
and
change under [SystemSettings]
ResX=xxxx
ResY=xxxx
to your System Resolution.
Now the game works ...atleast the main menu. Will do a recording of the entire game if all works fine.

The fourth episode boss fight is impossible because its you hafta click and it doesn't do anything :/
does anyone have codex crack?
