those who have major lag in the main menu, just delete "title.ivf" from the movies folder. Sure you main menu is now boringly black, but now it's not impossible to click on something
I found it weird that the menu lagged, game itself runs smooth.

Hey, i've just installed Tropico 5 steam edition plus RezMar's multiplayer fix, and the multiplayer works perfectly fine for me, but for my friend the multiplayer doesn't work. When he connects to multiplayer, he sees no people in the chat and about after 5 seconds he gets error ''Disconnected from the server''. What could be the problem? We also tried turning off the firewall, but it didn't solve the problem. Thanks in advice.

Yeah, it's really terrible that anyone would steal 3 bytes from somebody else in order to permit stealing 2.12 GiB from another somebody. Am I the only one seeing the irony here?
In other words, take your thief honor/scene shit elsewhere - nobody cares. If you create actual IP some day and have that stolen by another party, you can complain - oh wait, that'd be hypocritical, because it's exactly what you're doing right now.
