This game is by a completely different developer, it's the former team of ridddick, not Activisions CoD slaves.
Also this is SO only and has a unique scenario.
Only the iD tech 5 might fail.

They really should start pricing digital games lower than sixty notes.

Played already this one back to 2013 on PAX.
What I can say it was good game with old style gameplay with few nice stealth moments,not linear You was able to decide to jump to action like Rambo or go approximately and take down enemys stealth.
But also there was too much SCRIPTED actions,events like in CoD. Don't like that cover system too.
I'm noob in shooters with gamepad,but I was feling very good with controls in this game,also game was running very smooth I guess constant 60fps for sure.
Graphics also are very nice too eye.
AI was not stupid like CoD enemys are smart in new Wolf
Don't gonna say any word about story etc. I and can't even say cuz
fragment of game we was playing doesn't tell too much anything about story etc.
So after 2h of playing I was able to judge and give game 8.0/10

+Graphics
+Nice solid, and old style gameplay
+Nice stealth moments/missions
+Very playable (no frame drops etc.)
+Nice designed intuitive controls for noobs in console shooters (personal thoughts)

-SCRIPTED moments,events (too much)
-Cover system (personal thoughts)

i really enjoyed previous game and i am looking forward to this one.

from the developers of Riddick and The Darkness1 , i guess this game can restore my faith in FPS genre again

From the released trailers so far this one looks to be much better than the last one. I'm always looking for a new game to play and unfortunately I don't see any games for the rest of this year that interest me, except this one, and Batman and possibly Watch Dogs and GTA 5.

No light bulbs please. I have nightmares with light bulbs.

The Darkness have one of the most uninspired level designs i've ever seen. Anyway, this Wolfenstein game looks awesome, i guess they have learned something.

There was a lot to like in those riddick games,so this is good news.

Hopefully it will turn out to be an enjoyable game.

i think this game is just being released to help fund the development of the new DOOM game. which makes me think it won't have anywhere near the time dedicated to it as it should. all their best devs will almost certainly be working on DOOM and all their average devs will be working on this game. they are just relying on peoples love of the original wolfenstein game to get sales.
