This is a tut how to insntall everything for Dynasty warriors 8. I will create a repack, but not sure if i should upload it. 1. Get the game and install it. you will most likely get a CODEX release. Dont crack it! 2. Apply Update 1&2 provided by Shetland. Unpack the files into install-dir and run setup.bat x64 - http://www32.zippyshare.com/v/10159892/file.html

Optional: After Japanese voice DLC insert the Exclusive DLC MOD Exclusive costumes (not included in the last DLC) MOD     - http://www32.zippyshare.com/v/83294567/file.html
Now you open the DLC archives again and unpack only the 3dgame.ini into install-dir. This is to prevent errors, since this .ini stores crack-data and the available DLC. 7. Play the game.

Did it happen to anyone that after having the 21-1 DLCs, the Japanese voice DLC or both that the game developed decreased play speed? i started my game with 21 dlc and japanese voice dlc. sometimes i get a hard slowmotion, no lag or stuttering, real slow motion. but i dont know if this is a problem with my laptop or the dlc. if you want to move the dlc files away and test if this is a real problem, i have the filenames here: maybe backup your savedata, but i can´t say where its stored. the original game files inside the /RES/ folder without ANY dlc: This are the 21DLC files (english), 3166 files The Traditional Chinese (DxxxxxT.bin) and Japanese (DxxxxxJ.bin) counterparts have also 3166 files, doing 9498 files total. same amount like in the archive i linked earlier. Japanese Voice DLC: Having 871 files (fix with 31 missing files is applied!), same as original intended.

This is exactly my problem, now I tested it after removing 21-1 DLCs & Japanese voice DLC (with the fix actually) & it worked fine for a while (longer than it would have the "really slow motion" with the DLCs applied) that I thought the DLCs are really the problem here when this slow motion happened again. Strangely enough it never happened before I applied the DLCs at all. Like you I also play on laptop.

i have an 18GB setup with all dlcs and the language pack(+fix). but i need some testing before i upload it.
also its to big. i dont have experience in downgrading videos and high compressions with mrep srep delta ....

i got the game compressed to 10gb with dlc and voicepack+fix.
dlcs are optional components of the installer.
gimme a hoster to upload and you can mirror it many times, even store it here on the forum or elsewere

Can someone please upload the unpatched or the patched B00074.bin?
It seems that the Xdelta file inside the RES folder is a 64bit one. It patched all the files correctly but when it tried o patch the B00074.bin file it gave me the usual "this is not a win32 valid...".
Because of this the file was not patched and the original (unpatched) was deleted too.
I don't want to install all over again just because of a 5mb file.
