Yes. I i was good game. Also hard :)
I liked that you had to manage more "bases" (cities) in real time.

No CEG would be strange; all prior HD/extended releases by Microsoft were CEG protected.

It's still downloading, I can tell more when it's done. 1.3 GB is Steam's download size, btw.
